After Client request for certification, QMV analyse Client location, business, number of employees and number of processes to assess adequate Auditor team for preparing Client audit.
QMV prepare 1st stage of audit by reviewing Client documentation and records related to management system for audit.
After positive assessment of 1st stage audit, QMV organize Opening meeting with Client to prepare Audit plan and Audit activity for 2nd stage audit. 2nd stage audit understand on-site audit and reviews the compliance of Client actual activities to Management system requirements and company records.
After audit, QMV organize Closing meeting with client and inform Client about audit findings.
After Closing meeting, QMV prepare Audit report for Client and for QMV Certification Board for final Certification decision based on Audit report and findings.
QMV prepare annual surveillance audits to maintain certification validity.
